High Noon Optimists Honor Student

HN President Izabela Rozanowski and Optimist International Lieutenant Governor Allyson Wall presented flowers and a Certificate of Achievement to Belen Delgadillo in recognition for her accomplishments in Art and Humanitarian endevours.

Belen, 13; a local student who demonstrated above average artistic skills at an early age has been recognized in her peer group by consistently placing first in Art competitions in her school.

Belen also has a goal of contributing to finding a cure for cancer. Recently, in support of one of her friends, she shaved her long hair and donated it to be made into wigs for children with cancer. Belen is also a strong supporter of the 'Butterfly' project.

Belen and her family were guests of Honor at the High Noon monthly dinner.
