Chamber to Host Gala Event

We’re planning for our next big event here at the Chamber, which is our gala evening Oct. 2.
The event will be a chance for local Chamber members to come out and meet their board of directors and our new board chair, Shelley Cannon. We will also be bringing in an exceptional guest speaker, Mr. John Treleaven, who will speak about the relationship between community and local business.
Our event is titled A Celebration of Vision and will highlight both the new board’s vision and goals and our keynote speaker’s vision for business success.
We will also be hosting a silent auction as part of the event to raise funds for SIAST scholarships. The scholarships are awarded to two local SIAST students in the Business Certification Program. All proceeds from the silent auction will go toward the SIAST scholarship program.
