KidsFirst Family Literacy Day

KidsFirst is a home visiting program that helps parents with young children be the best they can.

We support families in creating home libraries by giving books to parents and we encourage learning through: talking, singing, rhyming, pretending, playing, singing, counting, cooking and cuddling with books and stories.

This year we had a draw for prize packages as well. Parents were asked to name and say favorite fairy tales or nursery rhymes to win. We caught some of our famillies in the act of reading, coloring or celebrating with a prize package.
