Special Olympics Registration

Prince Albert Special Olympics invites all athletes to register for the various sports on Sept.17/14.

Caregivers are encouraged to attend with the athlete. Please bring or send with the athlete thier health card number, current medication info, current phone number and alternate contact info.

Registration will be for Bowling, Floor Hockey and Curling. All athletes must be registered with Special Olympics Saskatchewan to participate. The registration fees are as follows: Special Olympic Saskatchewan fee—-$20.00. Sport Fee for Floor Hockey and Curling—$10.00. Bowling is $6.00 per week (pay each week)

Bowling will commence after registration Sept.17/14. Floor Hockey will start Oct.16th 7pm at Riverside Gym. Curling will start in Nov.
