Rock Concert Raises Money for ALS Without Ice Buckets

Local band, Cars Collide, recently held a fundraiser for ALS that rocked without rocks, hosting a concert to raise money for the cause without the “on the rocks” ice bucket challenge.

With partnerships with PA Brewing Company and PA Music Centre, the band recruited other bands/musicans: SheWolf (Tara Stadnyk), The Reckless Famous from North Battleford, Bastard Poetry, Cedar Sky and Mostly Wanted to donate time and talent to the cause.

The night not only promoted great Saskatchewan Rock music – much of it original – but also raised over $500 for ALS.
