CC Track Club for Those Who Want To Train Year Round

Oct 18, 2012 | 9:30 AM

CC Track Club Registration Night will be Nov 8th from 6:00 – 7:30 pm at the
Alfred Jenkins Fieldhouse, On the track – 3rd floor.

Our regular training begins on November 13th at 5:30 – registrations will also be accepted at that time.

Our club works with athletes who want to train year round in track and field.

We are a club that trains at the Alfred Jenkins Fieldhouse three evenings a week, and attend a number of meets within and outside of Saskatchewan, through out the winter months.

Our club is made up of a number of junior high and high school aged athletes, but it is also open to anyone who is in university or would want to train as a senior or masters athlete.

The club has a number of coaches, who also coach their high school teams, as well as community members who have a passion for track and have competed during their high school and post secondary years.

This year we are offering a new opportunity for kids ages 8 – 12, called the Run/Jump/Throw program, which is a nationally recognized program to introduce and train young athletes in the skills of track and field.
Our registration fees are $275 for a full member and $75 for a Run/Jump/Throw member.

Track training nights are Tues/Thursdays 5:30 – 7:00 pm and Sundays 6:30 – 8:00 pm

We welcome all to “come run with us”
