Thief threatens store staff with needle: Crime Stoppers

A thief threatened the staff at a Marquis Rd. business with a needle after he was confronted on Wednesday.

According to Prince Albert Crime Stoppers, the man entered a business on Marquis Rd. W. just before 9 p.m. May 16. Inside, he was seen placing numerous items inside his jacket and he left the store without making any attempt to pay. Staff members confronted the thief, Crime Stoppers said, but he threatened them with a needle before running from the scene.

In an image captured by the store’s surveillance cameras, the suspect can be seen wearing a red coat, brown hat, and blue jeans. Anyone with information on the theft or the suspect was asked to contact police or Prince Albert Crime Stoppers.
